Easy Chocolate Chip Mint Cookies

I originally mentioned this 2-ingredient recipe during one of my MomDot blog party posts. I didn't have a picture to share at the time. Luckily, I happened to have baked some of these chocolate chip mint cookies today and remembered to take a few photos.

All you have to do is chop up the Andes Mint Chocolates and then push them into the drops of dough you put on the cookie sheet. I also did the same thing with Reeses Peanut Butter Cups for the first time today. Both kinds of cookies came out equally tasty according to my dear husband.
