Back to School 2010: Eco-Friendly Flip-Flops & Reusable Tote Bag

Green Envy carries eco-friendly fashion and beauty products. I was recently sent pair of recycled rubber flip flops and an organic cotton tote to try out.

The first thing I noticed (and loved) was that the flip flops were so pliable. Usually when you get new flip flops, they are stiff and have to be broken in. These did not. They were comfortable from the time I unwrapped them. They are the Skulls & Stars print, which is super cute.

They have faded significantly, though that is to be expected from printed flip flops. They are still holding up nicely after a week and a half of wear and do not show any signs of falling apart.

The Blue Bunny bag I received is very cute and super soft too. The bag has a pocket on the inside that is perfect for holding your keys and or cell phone when you’re out. I have been using the bag for our swimming gear this summer, but this would also make a great overnight bag or a school bag for an older child, teen, or college student. The organic cotton is very strong and will hold up for a long time, even with regular use.
