I know it is still too cold out to think about frozen fruit in some parts of the country (including my own), but I thought these shots made perfect offerings for Ruby Tuesday. The second shot was taken right before the contents of the bag were pureed to make fruit smoothies.

Those berries look good, we just bought some fresh strawberries - they are in season here in Florida. I cut them up with a little powdered sugar and vanilla vodka. Then I put them over butter pound cake with dark chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
