Many times, when our 3yr old twins are suppose to be napping, I hear them chatting with each other instead. It is extremely interesting to listen to their conversations because they think that nobody can hear them through the walls.
The other day, I could not really make out what they were chatting about, but then all of a sudden I hear Makenzie say clear as a bell, "I love Uncle Matt." Then Luke replied, "I love Uncle Matt too." Then Makenzie reiterated, "I love Uncle Matt too!"
The whole thing just made me smile. Meet Uncle Matt . . .

Uncles are normally the coolest people on Earth for little kids. Mostly because even though they are adults, they allow themselves to be goofy all the time around the children, something us parents can't do.
My kids still worship some of their uncles after all these years of having barely seen them. Little do they know that they are actually sillier today than they had ever been! :-)

I don't know what's with the uncles but my son love his uncle too (my husband's younger bro) Well, I don't know but it is so sweet of them to tell their uncle how they loved him!

dont you just love it when the kids say some of the cutest things? i used to listen when my daughter was younger,i have 3 nephews close to and same age as her.i used to love some of the things they talked about, how serious they could get!! and they are 3/4 yrs old lol.treasure it , it goes by too too fast. tell uncle matt to give those 2 an extra hug !
