This story is a result of my listening in on one of the children's conversations again without their knowledge. When I am working on my computer (which is too often), they usually interrupt me continuously, but once in awhile they get involved in their own conversations and forget that I'm there.
I have no idea how they got on this topic, but our kindergartner daughter and her big brother were having a debate over what color someone's underwear would be if they were in prison. Like most children, their knowledge of such things is based on what they see in cartoons. One thought the underpants would be orange and the other thought they would be black and white striped.
Which answer do you think is right?
