Once a year, we cook a spiral ham for our own little family. Then there is always too much of it for just five people. So we all get too much of a good thing and vow never to make it again. Still, when the holidays roll around, we always get the craving for one.
My favorite part of the ham is the glaze. This year we bought a boneless spiral ham, so I thoroughly enjoyed the end piece of crispy gooey glazed goodness.
