Yesterday was the very first day of school for our 3-1/2 year old twins. It was actually a half day of a half day, so they were only going from 9am to 10:30am for the first day. Normally they would attend 9am to 12:15pm. We attempted to have them up by 7am since we knew that neither twin is really a morning person . . . Could you tell?
Ultimately they did get dressed and ate their breakfast. Here they are with their big brother (who started 1st grade last Tuesday). Even though they did not seem like it on the outside, they were very excited to start preschool and to make some new friends on the inside.
Both twins ended up enjoying school very much. They loved having other children to play with besides each other, since they have been stuck together since being in the womb. There are some holidays this week, so they do not get to go back until next Tuesday. Both twins are looking forward to it very much.
