Here’s what I know about Terro Mosquito Repellent: It works. Personally, I love that the granules are made from a blend of botanical oils and are 100% natural, therefore safe for my family and animals, a factor that is very important to us. We used this on our front yard right before we had a BBQ and we were all surprised at how well it worked. We used no mosquito repellent on ourselves and none of us had any bites at all.
We’ve had a very rainy summer so I can’t really vouch for whether it last for all 3 weeks it says it does, but I know that it was a week before our first rain after using it and I hadn’t seen any mosquitoes during that week and I didn’t see any after that first rain. We did have several rainy days in a row, as we’ve had all summer, so that greatly diluted it and I did start seeing those pesky bugs again. We used it in mid-July and in Missouri that’s during the peak mosquito time.
I was very happy with this product and will definitely be purchasing and using it for all my spring/summer outdoor events.
