The characters of M&M's candy are cultural icons and are a special favorite in our house. We actually use the candy to bribe the twins to practice using the potty. We also have an M&M's firetruck and a few plush Star Wars M&M's, so it was about time that we added an
M&M's lamp and computer accessory to our collection.
We are bringing another student's desk into the house soon, so it was very timely that we received this compact, but adorable
LED desk lamp from Brands Unlimited. It runs on two AA batteries and is quite bright. It would also make a great bedside lamp for anyone who likes to read in bed. Without measuring, this lamp sits about a foot tall.
This lamp would be perfect for both a child or an adult M&M's fan. It is extremely user-friendly. Although the height is not adjustable, the head does pivot vertically. The power switch is at the back of the base and can be found easily with one's fingers without turning the lamp around.
This
M&M's USB Desk Fan went to my husband. He is always warm and welcomed this little guy onto his computer desk. The fan uses very little power and plugs right into any USB port on your laptop, PC tower, computer monitor, or keyboard.
Like the lamp, this gadget is very simple to use. There is a power switch right on the front and you can manually adjust the vent to aim where cool air is most needed. Although this fan does work, my husband thinks it would be better for his personal needs if it was slightly more powerful.
Both this lamp and the USB fan retail for $19.99 each. I think it would be an adorable theme if you are setting up a study area for your child or a home office for yourself. These M&M's themed gadgets would also make fun gifts for co-workers who spend a lot of time at their desks.
