Giveaway & Review: "Scent of a Name" Girl's Personalized Perfume [CLOSED]

I am always so amazed how much my 3yr old daughter likes to be girly when she spends most of her time with her two brothers. I always try to be careful what I let her use because she is still very young. I don't let her play with make up aside from maybe doing her toes for special occasions 2 or 3 times a year. The Scent of a Name Personalized Perfume made by Rosemary's Scents is something I feel is safe for my little girl to use.

The Scent of a Name fragrance line has products for both girls and boys. What makes this line unique is that the scent is tailored around your child's name. The name is researched for its original meaning and then the scented oils are combined to reflect that meaning.

What I thought about this roll-on fragrance for girls:

1) I was very pleased with the scent. It was flowery and my daughter was delighted because it made her "smell pretty."

2) The roll-on bottle with a screw on cap is very easy to use and creates no mess at all. However, I do not allow my daughter to play with it because it is made of glass.

3) I like that this perfume contains natural ingredients and is non-toxic. Because it is made of essential oils, you do have to be careful of not staining your child's clothes and not getting any in the child's eyes or mouth.


4) The personalized label looked like it was printed on a standard inkjet printer. Although it looked homemade to me, a child would not know the difference, especially when the fragrance comes packaged in a blister pack.


At $7.00 per bottle, I think this children's perfume makes an affordable personalized gift. It would be perfect for including in an Easter basket or a Christmas stocking. You can order this and other Scent of a Name products on the Rosemary's Scents website.
