Silly Monkey Stories: Pockets Are Overrated (Part 2)

A few weeks ago, I wrote a Silly Monkey Story about my nearly 3yr old son Luke titled "Pockets Are Overrated." Well this week, I'm telling a story about his twin sister Makenzie which shares the same theme.

About two weeks ago, the whole family was out running some errands. We also took the twins to see the preschool they will be attending this coming fall. After that we decided it would be a good idea to stop somewhere for lunch. On the way out of the restaurant, our kindergartner asked if he could get a super ball out of the gumball machine because he was missing two from his collection.

When we got in the car, my husband was strapping our daughter into her car seat and noticed that there was something tucked into the waistband of her disposable training pants. It was a super ball! We all had a good laugh about it and went on with our errands.

When we got home, I took the twins right upstairs for their naps. While I was changing Makenzie, look what fell out of her training pants . . .

I guess that solves the mystery of the missing super balls. :)
