Whether it's mid-afternoon or midnight, everyone prefers a tasty snack that is guilt-free. Yoplait has a new 100 calorie invention called Yoplait Delights. At only 100 calories per serving, this parfait can be a snack or a dessert (or both).
As usual, there is skepticism in my family's mind. They seem to think that less calories means less taste. In this case, they were proven wrong. We tried the Triple Berry Creme variety and found it to be dessert quality. The content of these little cups share the fruity taste and smooth creamy texture of yogurt, but have more body to it.
If you are a yogurt-lover, but need something that is more satisfying or slightly more filling, then you may want to try Yoplait Delights Parfait. The tempting varieties available are Chocolate Raspberry, Triple Berry Creme, Lemon Torte and Creme Caramel.
