Most recently, 2yr old Makenzie's favorite word has been "No!" She is not defiant when she says it either. She just says it nonchalantly in her sweet little voice.
My husband: Kenzie, it's time for dinner. Come sit down at the table.
Makenzie: No.

Me: Kenzie, take off your pants. It's time to change your diaper.
Makenzie: No.
******************************************************My husband: Kenzie, take off you diaper. It's time for your bath.
Makenzie: No.
My husband assures me that even though it is tiring now, in the long run, it is good for a girl to say "no" all the time. ;P
