Giveaway & Review: Closet Purse Hanger [CLOSED]

It may be difficult to believe, but this simple little invention called a Closet Purse Hanger (shown to the left) actually solved a problem for me. It all started when I decided that my 2yr old daughter should share my passion for purses. I even went so far as to buy her an adorable tiny little Vera Bradley bag that matched the one I picked up for myself during a sale on eBags. Now I want her to be able to play with her bag, but I also would like her to have it for at least as long as I have mine. In other words, I don't want it to end up in the toilet or decorated with crayon.

In our small little townhouse, we do not have many places where I can store something like my daughter's bags in a way that keeps them undamaged and out of my children's reaches. I have no extra shelves, so the closet was it. Luckily, my daughter's tiny clothes do not take up all the closet space. Now I've tried hanging bags on regular hangers, but I've found that it causes creases and sometimes even warps the straps.

Take a look at how nicely these hang with room to spare for future acquisitions . . .

(Since taking this photo less than 2 weeks ago, that second little Disney Princess bag has gone missing because I wasn't diligent about putting it back up on its hook.)

What impressed me about these Closet Purse Hangers:

1) The drop is short on the hook so your longer purses don't hang down lower than necessary.
2) These hooks come in a storage bag so they tuck away easily if you have extras.
3) These would be great for a coat closet so that your guests do not have to leave their purses on your bed or on the floor.
4) They work for storing wallets and clutches with the help of dust bags or another type of handled or drawstring bag.
5) These hooks are much more affordable than purchasing components for a closet system.
6) These hooks are simple, durable, and versatile.
