One day, I opened my desk drawer to find my scissors in this state. I wondered how they came to be broken. Did I close the drawer too quickly last time and they got caught somehow, cracking the handle? Well several days later I remembered to mention this strange thing to my husband. Then he said casually that he had broken them. Then when I asked him why he didn't tell me about it and why he just left them in the drawer, he said that it was because they could still be used. So what do you think? Was it the only thing he could come up with to say on such short notice when he was put on the spot or do you think he really is that silly?
