When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a police officer, a Charlie's Angel, or some kind of super-heroine . . . in short, a woman who fought for the good guys and who could kick ass!
Are you now or have you ever been that?
Hehe, um . . . no.
Do you still think that you would do a good job at that job, or were you way off as a child?
I was way . . . waaaay . . . waaaaaaaaaaaaay off as a child. I am too non-athletic at 34 to even come close to being a "tough chick."
What is your ideal job?
My ideal jobs (there are two) would be 1) a personal shopper and 2) a visual designer for a specialty clothing store or home fashions/furniture store.
I love to shop, but do not have the funds to decorate or dress in the manner I would like. It would be great to be a personal shopper, not just to spend other people's money, but for someone else to appreciate my particular sense of style.
I have been the visual manager for several stores in the past and loved the job. The part I could do without is worrying about running the business. If they had someone separate to drive sales, worry about loss prevention, etc . . . it would be a great job!
Thanks for the cool blog assignment, Jerinda!
