Two Treats for ME!
It's 2am! Since I am up for other reasons, I wanted to post about two things that made me smile the day before.
The first thing was that my husband surprised me with a package of cookies. I haven't had them in years. He saw them and remembered how much I liked them. I thought that was very sweet.
The second thing was that my 4yr old son snuck out of bed after I just tucked him in. He comes into the upstairs hallway and says to me, "MumMum, I want to tell you a secret." Then he whispers, "I love you." That just melted my heart and I didn't care that he probably was just using that as an excuse to get out of bed.
