Finding Balance With Asperger's: Building Muscle Mass with FitDeck Junior

Keeping kids in shape is very important to most parents, but for kids on the spectrum it is especially important because it’s very easy for them to lose muscle mass. FitDeck Junior is a totable deck of exercise cards designed for kids ages 4-14. These cards require no extra equipment and can be done anywhere, anytime. They make exercise simple, fun, and convenient.

These cards are great because you can shuffle the deck to make it more interesting. Plus, you can make games with them or other incentives to get kids moving. Each card contains the name of the exercise, a picture of it, various levels for size and fitness level, suggested reps and other exercise ideas. The cards are fun and easy to use and Quinn has had a blast learning new movements and I love that it’s keeping him in shape and building muscle mass for him.
