I am going look at these right now. When a whole bowl of something is in front of me, I have absolutely no self control. These would be great!

This is such a great idea. It is so easy to over feed and over eat with the large dinner plates. I think the children will love finding the bottom of the plate and bowl. I know some people that will get these soon. It just makes sense.

Will be checking into these bowls.. our 17 yr old big guy has a problem with portion control, with his diabetes classes, they taught him to use his fist as a guide for measuring portions.. this would be so much better, so there is no mistake on what size you think is okay. I like the plates they offer, will be needing those as well.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Yum Yum dishes! I have lost SEVEN pounds just on portion control. I am still just AMAZED that it makes that much difference.
