Every year, I try to make it my goal to finish the majority of my holiday shopping by Halloween. Well this year, it's not looking so good. I have barely started. I think the main reason is that money is tighter than it's ever been, which takes a little bit of the enjoyment out of it for me. Well, I have now made it my mission to still make that October 31st goal.When do you usually start your holiday shopping?
