Silly Monkey Stories: Tiny Bubbles

On Easter Sunday, we visited my cousin and her family. She had the cutest party favors for the children. They were necklaces that had bottles of bubbles in the shape of Easter eggs as the pendants. All three children were thrilled to wear them around their necks.

Then it turned out that these bubbles were not so user-friendly for little children. The wand had a tiny oval at the end and you really had to be very precise to make bubbles come out of them. This did not keep the children from trying. It was fun watching them experiment with different techniques for trying to produce bubbles. I think the silliest part was watching them test out the theory that, if they puffed up their cheeks and blew as hard as they could, they would most certainly be successful in making bubbles.

With all the effort the children put into producing bubbles, you should have seen how thrilled they were when they actually did make bubbles come out of those tiny little wands.
