Giveaway & Review: Lego's "The Adventures of Clutch Powers" (DVD) [CLOSED]

In February 2010, Universal Home Entertainment released the first ever Lego movie on DVD . . . The Adventures of Clutch Powers. This animated movie introduces your child to the life of a Lego character who is both an adventurer and a master builder . . . Clutch Powers.

What a Lego movie has that other movies cannot offer is the limitless possibilities of creating with building blocks. My children very much enjoyed seeing the different vehicles and contraptions built by Clutch Powers and his team. Hey, who are we kidding? Us adult Lego-lovers also watched with at least some anticipation, waiting to see what these characters would create.

This movie may contain rock monsters and evil wizards, but there is also adventure and humor that appeal to both children and adults. I do think this DVD is suitable for any child age 5 and older. Although our 3yr old twins did watch this movie, they most likely did not follow the storyline.

Take a minute to watch this clip of the team's first mission together:

If you'd like to view more video clips, you can find the available Clutch Powers Videos on YouTube. The Adventures of Clutch Powers on DVD can be found at the Lego Store, Amazon.com, and other retailers of children's DVDs and Lego products.

Thank you to Universal Home Entertainment for sending us a sample DVD free of charge to base this review upon.
