Our Kindergartner's Letter to Santa

I know it is a little early, but I recently helped our kindergartner Jake write his letter to Santa on behalf of himself and his younger brother and sister. I try to do it a little earlier because I like to have him commit to what he is asking Santa for as soon as I can.

Until the twins learn to write, Jake will be in charge of writing one letter for all 3 kids. Luckily for us, he usually takes our suggestions for toys to ask for, especially for his brother and sister. It is also fortunate that Jake understands that once we mail that letter, his request is official and he cannot change his mind about what toys he would be asking Santa to bring for Christmas.

I am just thrilled that Jake still believes in Santa and the whole experience continues to be magical to him. I hope that this can continue for a few more years so that the magic of Christmas does not get ruined for the twins too soon.
