A Little Red Sauce

This is an easy quick way to make individual pizzas for kids. It is just Arnold Sandwich Thins, a thin layer of pizza sauce, and melted mozarella cheese. You can even cut them into mini-slices to serve as hor'deurves. If you like thin crust pizza, this is a great option to use over English muffins. I personally would prefer some toppings, but our children like the plain cheese.
