This week's Ruby Tuesday post is actually the beginnings of a slow cooker meal. The end result was a yummy pot roast. I almost used the photo of the raw meat bare without the seasonings, but I didn't want to scare anyone off. For the longest time, I couldn't stand to look at raw meat, even though I'm not a vegetarian.

The crust that will form on this roast looks tasty, the cut of beef delicious. Agreed, the raw is not so attractive, but I can look at the uncooked and see the delicious possibilities!
