Review: Ufadili Boys Tees

When I think about Ufadili, an online adult and children's clothing boutique whose name was inspired by the Swahili word for "kindheartedness", the words "feel good clothing" come to mind. The reason for this is simple, everything from the Ufadili tag lines "Kind World Goods" and "Wear-Learn-Give" right down to the clothing itself screams peace and goodwill.

Aside from the fun happy designs, one major reason to shop at Ufadili is that they donate 30% of their profits to worthy charitable organizations, such as Heifer International, the Surfrider Foundation, Wild Aid, and Millenium Promise.

What I thought about the Ufadili Boys Raglan Tee:

1) The 100% recycled packaging is adorable. The shirt came boxed and ready to wrap. There is a 2-sided tag on the box that talks about Ufadili's charitable efforts on one side and multilingual fun facts on the other side. Each design comes with a different tag.

2) This shirt is made of fine combed cotton and is very soft.

3) Our Ufadili tee washed very well. There were no signs of pilling, shrinking, or fading.

4) My son is currently a size 5/6. This shirt is a size 6 and fits him comfortably. Since raglan or baseball tees usually have a skinny fit and 3/4-length sleeves, I think he does have a little room to grow, but very not much.

Speaking for my son, he had a very difficult time choosing which shirt he liked best because there were several that caught his eye. He was leaning towards the lion until he saw this one. I think we can definitely conclude that Ufadili shirts are both mom and kid-approved.
