Welcome to the fifth and last week of the Dr. Hippo Book Giveaway Event, where we have given away one book each week from the Dr. Hippo Book Series. Go here to read my review of the entire series. This week we are giving away the book Sadie's Sore Throat by pediatrician Charlotte Cowan, M.D. This is the last book we are giving away in the 5-book series.
This book tells the story of a little giraffe who develops a sore throat accompanied by a 102 fever. After paying a visit to Dr. Hippo and receiving lots of fluids and popsicles, Sadie gets well in no time.
What my 5yr old son thought about this book:
When I asked my son what part of this book was his favorite, he told me that it was the popsicles shaped like stars. He also thought it was extremely neat that the necklace Sadie made also had a star on it that resembled the size and shape of the popsicles.
