Have a I struck it rich with rubies? Haha . . . I wish!
I was actually trying out my new silicone cupcake liners. The liners came in an assortment of colors and red just happened to be one of them. And the fact that my son chose red sugar crystals to sprinkle on top just made it a perfect shot for Ruby Tuesday. In case you were wondering, they were pretty tasty too!

A jewel like red to add to the character of the cupcakes. And I have never heard of those silicone liners. Red works for beauty and utility, too!
