Project Blue: Take Eleven

For our last Project Blue photos, Jake wanted to show off one of his favorite toys, a gift from his parents for Christmas '07, this wooden parking garage. Jake's favorite thing to do with his cars next to racing them is parking them. He use to spend hours making huge parking lots with his diecast cars. If you asked me a year ago what I thought he'd be when he grew up, I would have said a valet. LOL!!

Ooops! I almost forgot that Jake wanted me to point out that Doc Hudson (the car he is holding up in the second photo) is also blue.

I also wanted to follow up on our Project Blue: Take Seven post with these photos of the finished R2D2 Lego Model. We went back to the mall today so Jake could see the final product. He was sure he could recognize the rectangular block of blue that he personally contributed. It was fun watching him inspect the model until he was positive that he found it. To give you an idea of the size of the model, my husband is 6ft tall.

Thanks for joining us for Project Blue and a big thank you to Anna for hosting this color project. Please visit her blog to view more Project Blue photos. I can't wait to see what the next color will be!
